The Confidence in Kindergarten Program is an extension of Obtaining Confidence Daily designed to help young learners recognize their strengths, develop self-confidence, and build a positive sense of self from an early age.

Through children's literature, interactive activities, and meaningful classroom conversations, students explore themes of confidence, kindness, belonging, and self-worth. Each visit helps children discover that they have unique gifts, valuable ideas, and the ability to make a positive difference in the world around them.

Obtaining Confidence Daily is more than a message. It’s a movement to create understanding, connection, and hope.

As an International OCD Foundation Grassroots Advocate, Natalia partners with schools, community organizations, and policymakers to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and amplify youth voices in mental health conversations.

Through speaking engagements, advocacy initiatives, and educational outreach, she encourages young people to recognize their worth, seek support when needed, and understand that they are not defined by the challenges they face.
