About Natalia
Natalia Yurecko is a mental health advocate, speaker, author, and student dedicated to helping young people discover that they are not broken.
Having lived with OCD and anxiety since childhood, Natalia understands firsthand the challenges that anxiety, OCD, and mental health struggles can bring to young people and families. Through advocacy, education, and storytelling, she shares her journey to offer hope, reduce stigma, and encourage others to seek support without shame.
Natalia is a Grassroots Advocate with the International OCD Foundation and has spoken with educators, legislators, community organizations, and youth audiences about mental health awareness, advocacy, and resilience. She is the co-author of Through Her Eyes: Understanding Anxiety, OCD, and the Truth That You Are Not Broken, written with her mother, educator and parent advocate Nanette Yurecko.
Whether speaking in schools, community settings, or public forums, Natalia shares a message of hope: healing is possible, asking for help is a sign of strength, and every person is more than the challenges they face.
